Vertical Power (6 Week Program)

Build explosive athleticism with our Vertical Power class—a 6-week training system designed to increase your vertical jump, speed, and overall power output.

This program meets 2x per week and combines science-backed training methods with real performance tracking to ensure measurable results. Athletes will train through progressive phases focused on force production, rate of force development, plyometrics, and movement efficiency.

We utilize the latest performance technology and equipment typically only found at top collegiate and professional facilities, including OVR and VERTIMAX. OVR Performance measures, tracks, and saves your progression throughout the entire program, giving you real data on your improvement. VERTIMAX’s resisted training technology delivers constant force at high speeds, helping develop neuromuscular gains that traditional weight training can’t match.

Expect a structured, high-energy environment built for athletes who want to move better, jump higher, and perform at the next level.
